Foresthill/Iowa Hill Fire Safe Council
Purpose: The mission of the Fire Safe Council is to protect natural resources, human life and property improvements by mobilizing all citizens to help them make their homes, neighborhoods and the community fire safe. The Council brings together the private sector and Local, State, and Government Agencies expertise and resources to speak as one voice for the community on fire prevention. Since the first meeting, the Council has established four active committees. Be a part of the solution - join today! We meet the third Tuesday of every month at 5:30 pm at the Foresthill Fire Protection District Headquarters, 24320 Main Street, Foresthill. Composition: The Foresthill/Iowa Hill Fire Safe Council consists of Fire professional and citizens at large from the Council’s area. Representatives from CalFire, USFS, BLM, and local community business and land owners are also represented on the Council.
